01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

02 Acceptance of Terms

03 Eligibility

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Philippine law;
• Not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of uuu8 or its affiliated operators, except where expressly permitted in writing by uuu8 management.

3.2 uuu8 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by uuu8 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

3.3 If uuu8 determines at any point that a player did not meet the eligibility criteria at the time of registration or any subsequent wager, uuu8 reserves the right to void all wagers placed by that player, close the account, and return the net deposited balance (minus any bonuses claimed) at its discretion, without liability for any winnings foregone.

04 Account Registration and Management

4.1 Each individual may register only one uuu8 account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited. uuu8 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts and will merge or close duplicates at its sole discretion, with forfeiture of any bonus balances held therein.

4.2 You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, and a valid contact number associated with a Globe or Smart SIM. Providing false registration information constitutes fraud and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. uuu8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify uuu8 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.4 uuu8 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, your negligent disclosure of login details, or your use of uuu8 on a shared or public device without logging out.

4.5 Account Verification (KYC)

uuu8 is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine AML laws to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. Verification requires submission of:

• A valid government-issued Philippine photo ID (e.g., passport, PhilSys national ID, driver's licence, UMID, PRC ID, or SSS ID);
• Proof of address issued within the past three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate);
• In some cases, a selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document.

uuu8 processes KYC submissions within 3 business days of receiving complete documentation. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for the missing items.

05 Deposits and Payments

5.1 uuu8 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks), and Coins.ph. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at uuu8's discretion.

5.2 All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared wallets, or accounts registered to another individual are prohibited and may constitute grounds for account suspension and AML investigation.

5.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in your uuu8 account deposit interface at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and player verification tier.

5.4 uuu8 does not charge deposit transaction fees. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank, GCash, or Maya) may apply their own fees for the transfer, for which uuu8 accepts no responsibility.

5.5 Deposits made to your uuu8 account are for the purpose of gaming on the Platform only. Deposited funds may not be transferred between player accounts or used for any purpose other than wagering on uuu8-available games and events.

5.6 In the event of a failed deposit transaction where funds have been debited from your payment account but not credited to your uuu8 balance, you must contact uuu8 support within 48 hours with the relevant transaction reference number. uuu8 will investigate and rectify confirmed discrepancies within 5 business days.

06 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal requests are processed only for fully KYC-verified accounts. Players who have not completed identity verification will not be able to initiate withdrawals until the verification process is satisfactorily concluded.

6.2 Withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical constraints of the relevant payment provider. Where this is not possible, uuu8 will request alternative account details from the player, subject to additional verification.

6.3 Withdrawal processing times are as follows, measured from the time of uuu8's approval of a withdrawal request:

• GCash / Maya: Typically within 15 minutes for verified accounts during standard processing hours;
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: Within 1–3 business days, subject to interbank clearing schedules;
• USDT: Within 1 hour subject to network confirmation requirements;
• Coins.ph: Within 30 minutes during standard processing hours.

6.4 uuu8 reserves the right to conduct additional security reviews on withdrawal requests that trigger AML thresholds or appear inconsistent with a player's established gaming history. Such reviews may extend processing times by up to 10 business days. uuu8 will notify the affected player of any extended review via the email address on their account.

6.5 Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction, as displayed in the withdrawal interface. Requests below the minimum threshold will be declined and must be resubmitted at or above the minimum amount.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 uuu8 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free credit events, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which shall take precedence over these general Terms in the event of any conflict.

7.2 Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all uuu8 promotions:

• Bonuses carry a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal is permitted, unless a different multiplier is stated in the promotion;
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds remain locked in the Bonus Balance until the full wagering requirement is met;
• Only wagers placed on slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements by default; live dealer table games, sports betting, sabong, and other categories may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion;
• Bonuses expire 30 days after issuance unless a different expiry period is stated;
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings is capped at 5x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.

7.3 uuu8 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering already in progress toward a currently active bonus will be honoured to completion under the original terms.

7.4 Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics, use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion more than once, or any other pattern that uuu8 reasonably identifies as bonus abuse — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for further action.

08 Gaming Rules

8.1 All games available on the uuu8 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, sports betting, sabong, bingo, and lottery — are governed by their respective game-specific rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to gameplay outcomes.

8.2 All slot games and RNG-based table games on uuu8 use certified Random Number Generators that have been independently tested for fairness and randomness. uuu8 does not manipulate game outcomes.

8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, uuu8 will apply the following resolution protocol:

• If a malfunction occurs before a game round is fully resolved, the wager for that round will be returned to the player's Real Money Balance;
• If a malfunction results in an incorrect win amount being displayed, uuu8 reserves the right to correct the balance to reflect the accurately calculated outcome;

8.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. Circumventing bet limits through sequential micro-wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics will be treated as prohibited conduct under Section 9.

09 Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uuu8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in reporting to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another individual without their explicit written consent and uuu8's prior approval;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers without human intervention;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report such bugs to uuu8 support immediately upon discovery;
• Colluding with other players in any multiplayer game to gain an advantage over other participants;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the uuu8 Platform;
• Using stolen, borrowed, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an account;
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute legitimate transactions processed by uuu8 through your payment provider;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing uuu8 support staff or other players through any channel.

10 Responsible Gaming

10.1 uuu8 complies fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements and maintains a comprehensive suite of player protection tools accessible from every player's account dashboard, including:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits — set a maximum amount you can deposit within a defined period;
• Session time reminders — receive notifications after a configured duration of continuous play;
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks;
• Self-exclusion — permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently.

10.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, uuu8 will make reasonable efforts to prevent excluded players from accessing the Platform, but uuu8 cannot guarantee complete restriction where players use different devices, browsers, or circumvention methods.

Any wagers placed in breach of a self-exclusion will be void and the relevant balance forfeited.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

13 Limitation of Liability

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, uuu8's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their uuu8 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.2 uuu8 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Platform;
• Platform unavailability resulting from scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical outages, third-party service failures, force majeure events, or government regulatory actions;
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials;
• Decisions made by game RNGs or live dealer outcomes, which are by nature random and not influenced by uuu8 outside the certified game rules.

13.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit uuu8's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Account Termination and Suspension

14.1 uuu8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where uuu8 reasonably believes that:

• The player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9;
• The player's account activity poses an AML, fraud, or regulatory risk;
• Continued operation of the account is required to be suspended by PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.

14.2 Upon account termination for cause, uuu8 shall retain any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play where a material breach of these Terms is established. Verified Real Money Balances (net of any fraudulently obtained amounts) will be returned to the player via the last verified payment method within 30 business days of the conclusion of any investigation.

14.3 A player may voluntarily close their uuu8 account at any time by contacting support. All pending withdrawal requests will be processed normally prior to account closure. Players who close their accounts voluntarily may re-register after a cooling-off period of 30 days, subject to fresh KYC verification.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaint process, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism, or to the competent courts of the Philippines, as applicable.

15.4 uuu8 records — including account logs, transaction records, game outcome records, and communication logs — shall constitute the primary evidence in any dispute resolution process, absent clear evidence of data corruption or tampering.

16 Amendments to These Terms

16.1 uuu8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication on the Platform. For material amendments — defined as changes that materially affect player rights or obligations — uuu8 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the email address registered to affected accounts.

16.2 Your continued use of the uuu8 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate account closure before the amendment takes effect.
